Discover how to find a lost item and where to hand over a found item.
Did you forget an item on the bus?
Send an email to ATB Point specifying what you have lost (subject, description and colour), when and on which line. We will reply as soon as possible to let you know if it has been found.
Lost property that has been found can be collected at ATB Point from the working day after the day it was lost.
Please note that ATB is not liable for any damage to the items, nor for any missing parts or components, nor can it carry out a real-time search for the lost item.
Has the object not been found?
If lost on lines 5 and 10 send an email to Autoservizi Locatelli.
For lines 7, 9 and 10 visit support section of Arriva Italia S.r.L operational headquarters in Bergamo - Lecco website.
For the T1 Bergamo-Albino tramway send an email to TEB.

Hand it over to the driver or ATB Point and we will do our best to track down the owner and hand it over.
