ATB Point

By the ATB Point you can:

• receive information about public transport in the Urban Area, route timetables, the fare system and promotional initiatives
• purchase all types of tickets and passes for the Urban Area
• purchase Io Viaggio Ovunque in Lombardia tickets and passes
• receive customer support and express complaints and proposals regarding ATB and TEB services
• collect the Mobility Card (in italian only) and the Network Map
• pay public transport fines
• collect lost property found on board ATB buses

ATB Point is located in Largo Porta Nuova 16 in Bergamo and it is open:

• on weekday, Monday to Friday, from 8.30 to 18.30
• Saturday from 8.00 to 13.00
• closed Sundays and holidays

Workers answer the requests also by e-mail atbpoint@atb.bergamo.it.

Call center available Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m. +39 035.236026, pressing 1.

Customers can access the office after booking their turn with one of the following tools:

• totem queue at the entrance of the office
• "Accodami" service by ATB Mobile app
• "Booking" service

Customers must wait their turn outside the office, watching the screens located at the side windows.

In order to reduce waiting times and avoid queues, we advise customers to book their appointment with the Booking service or to hold a virtual ticket with the ATB Mobile app.
