Types of passes

Available in weekly, monthly and yearly durations, they allow 7-day-a-week travel in the purchased zones. The annual pass allows you to travel 12 months at 9 months cost only.

Dedicated to students up to the age of 26, it is valid for 12 months from 1st September to 31st August of the following year.
Thanks to the agreement stipulated by ATB with a number of municipalities that grant a bonus to resident students, there is an additional discount of up to €57 on the price of the annual pass: the participating municipalities are defined each year before the start of the dedicated passes campaign.

For 2024/2025 campaign, the bonus is recognized to people living in: Bergamo, Alzano Lombardo, Albano Sant'Alessandro, Azzano San Paolo, Curno, Dalmine, Gorle, Grassobbio, Lallio, Mozzo, Osio Sopra, Paladina, Pedrengo, Ponte San Pietro, Scanzorosciate, Seriate, Sorisole, Stezzano, Torre Boldone, Treviolo e Valbrembo.

Dedicated to students enrolled at the University of Bergamo, it is valid for 12 months from 1st September to 31st August of the following year.

Unlike the annual student season ticket, it has no age restriction, but can only be taken out for travel between home and university location.

To qualify for the discount, students must present the receipt of enrolment payment (€ 156) for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Dedicated to children under 14 years of age and people who are 65 years of age or older on the date of validity start, we remind you that passes issued on or after the 20th day of the month become valid on the 1st day of the following month, and are 50% cheaper than ordinary monthly and annual passes.

Students under 26 years of age, travelling to or coming from an extra-urban location within Bergamo Province, can purchase the ATB + Bergamo Trasporti extra-urban carrier cumulative pass for the WEST, EAST and SOUTH suburban areas.
A single pass for the two transport services with an advantageous fare that includes a discount on both the ATB and the suburban annual fare.

The cumulative pass is valid every day until 31st August of the following year for an unlimited number of journeys and without time slot limitations.

Students enrolled for the 2024/2025 academic year at the University of Bergamo can benefit from a further discount: the home - university seat season ticket costs € 470.

Dedicated to companies, freelance firms, businesses, associations, organisations and institutions, it allows those who conduct a professional activity, including employees, to travel around the city and the surroundings served by ATB and TEB at an affordable price since it can be used by several people (not at the same time).

Impersonal passes are available only in the annual version.

Even for large families, passes are the cheapest way to travel: from the 3rd member onwards, ATB offers a discount of around 66% compared to the ordinary pass.

All season tickets must be annual and at each renewal you must present self-family certification.

This is the annuale pass for children under 11 years of age, which allows to travel on the whole ATB and TEB network at the cost of the b-card only: €10.

All passes are valid from the first day of the month and must be accompanied by identification card that costs € 10.
In case of loss or deterioration a duplicate of the card can be requested at a cost of € 10, the one of the pass at a cost of € 10.

In the same family, minors can purchase monthly or annual passes from ATB and any other public transport company (for example Arriva Italia, Autoservizi Locatelli, Trenitalia...), under these conditions:

• 1st Child: monthly or annual full-fare pass purchased from any public transport company within Bergamo Province or Lombardy Region, including trains. This category also includes student, cumulative and Treno - Bergamo passes
• 2nd Child: The full-fare season pass, of the same duration (monthly or annual) as the first sibling's pass, is discounted by 20%. The discount does not apply to promotional fares (annual student passes, Under 14...)
• 3rd Child: Free.

The discount always applies to the lower fare pass.

Discounts are also applicable to the monthly Treno - Bergamo passes purchased at Trenitalia ticket offices.
